What happens if a student does not show up?

You will still be paid for the session. Report the no-show through your dashboard, and our team will process the payment within 24 hours.

How do I handle disputes with students?

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email. We mediate all disputes fairly and aim to resolve them within 48 hours. Both the tutor and student are heard before any decision is made.

Can I offer both online and in-person sessions?

Yes. You can set your preferred session mode (online, in-person, or both) in your profile. For in-person sessions, you can specify your location and preferred meeting spots.
